The flat required extensive renovation. However, a small workable budget was allocated as the property was to be sold on.

We allocated approximately 30 days to complete the project. This was determined by the sum of all contractor’s maximum estimates.

To ensure prompt completion and correct materials, we did materials research to match the allocated budget.

Clearing Out

Booked in removal and disposal team to clear out the flat.

Contractor Management

The schedule was tight, hence we ensured all contractors were allocated a specific time to start and end, minimizing overlap.
