Planning Process

House required extensive renovation. Planning and design carried out for further extensions, namely L-shape dormer loft for a 2 bedroom ensuite, kitchen extension and lounge extension. Adding significant sqft to the house.

Time Management

We have allocated approximately 240 days to complete this major project. This was determined by the sum of all contractor’s maximum estimates.

Materials Research

To ensure prompt completion and correct materials, we did materials research to match the allocated budget. Most of the materials are know to us due to previous projects, hence it was relatively fast

Clearing Out

Once previous tenants moved out we booked in removal and disposal teams to clear out the house.

Contractors

The first contractors for the project went in March 2021, the project is ongoing and due.

Key features for this project is to create 2 extra room, kitchen extension, dormer loft and more room in the basement. Overall will allow a better rental yield and equity uplift. Easy to maintain and durable kitchen and bathroom

Layout Planning

Working with our architect we have create details plans and works. Focusing on the additional space we need to get out. The build is a combination of common extensions and renovations to terrace houses. Hence we can minimise wastage in materials and get accurate quotes.

Bathroom

3 Bathrooms are planned on each floor. TO be finished in our trademark style; clean, white, modern yet easy to maintain. 

Kitchen

A kitchen extension is a key aspect of this project. Designed to be in keeping with the modern finish of the house. Using standard non-bespoke cabinets and fixtures. Used creatively will present an elegant appearance.
